The number of persons that can occupy the house is the previously agreed,
although the capacity of the house may be bigger.
Maximum capacity for each house is 6 persons. Baby cots can be provided.
It is totally forbidden to organize parties and invite people which are not guests of the hotel.
Noisy activities are not allowed in the surroundings
Guests are responsible of the perfect state of the house and its content during their staying.
Entries will be at the arrival of guests if it is after 14:00h. Before this time, entry will be at 14:00 h. Departures will take place before 12:00Pm . After that hour an additional day will be charged. If the house is booked by another guest, the house must be desoccupied by 12,00 hrs.
Dogs, under certain conditions. If they are admitted, the owner is responsible of its conduct.
Smoking is not permitted inside the houses except in the living room. Although it is convenient to do it in the exterior.
